Full kitchen facilities, lounge and two bedrooms Very close Lancaster University and easy access to University of Cumbria. Four miles from historic city of Lancaster and close to Lancashire coast. Minutes from Junction 33 M6 giving access to Lake District, Preston, and the beautiful Trough of Bowland.

We are very happy for guests to use our garden.

We welcome well behaved dogs.  There are a number of places to walk dogs close by.

All the accommodation is upstairs but we can provide a stair gate for those visiting with very young children and if it helps a travel cot and high chair.   There is utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine.

It is only five minutes walk from Lancaster University.

There is car parking on site and a dedicated 13amp charging point for electric cars.
